I just completed my first package of personal training sessions with my Plano personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go. I wanted to begin by saying that I cannot believe what a difference working with Lady Trainers To Go has made to my life. I have never trained with a personal trainer before and was not a 100% sure what the benefits would be over just joining a gym. I have had several gym memberships in the past and now I can’t even imagine going back and being just another drone working out with the same program as the 100 people before me and the next hundred people.

Lady Trainers To Go did a great job of matching me with the perfect female trainer. She’s funny, strict (although sometimes I wish she wasn’t), and is always challenging me to do a little extra. The workouts just fly by; I actually enjoy them. I can’t imagine not having her there.

I have 2 small children and although I love them both very much, they’re too young to hold a real conversation.
